I do not accept insurance. I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill any insurance directly. This allows me to focus therapy on your needs rather than the demands of insurance companies.
I can, however, provide you with a Superbill (a receipt for our sessions), which you can submit to your insurance provider if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider ahead of our consultation call to find out what your out-of-network benefits are and how far you are from meeting your deductible.

Virtual sessions are a great option for therapy. Although I am based in Pasadena, CA, I work with clients virtually throughout the state of California. We will meet online using a platform called Simple Practice. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection and a quiet, private place for sessions.

During our first session, you will have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, and we will begin to get to know each other and determine if the fit feels right. We may start exploring your family history as well as what you hope to achieve through therapy.

I work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Because of this, everyone’s length of treatment varies. We’ll identify actionable steps to help you start feeling better and allow us to move into deeper work together.
